The Center for American and International Law is a nonprofit institution dedicated to the continuing education of lawyers and law enforcement officials in the United States and throughout the world.

Tens of thousands of lawyers and law enforcement officers from all 50 states and 128 countries have participated in programs of the Center. Founded in 1947, The Center has earned a reputation for excellence in education.

Planning, Zoning and Property Rights
December 10-12, 2008
Plano, TX
 

The program on Planning, Zoning and Property Rights for Lawyers, Planners and Public Officials will be held December 10-12, 2008 at the Center for American and International Law. The program will include critical developments in land use Law, eminent domain and the gas and oil industry, and fiscal issues for government officials, planners and developers. A new addition to this year’s program features a half-day mobile workshop where participants will be taken to places of interest to lawyers and planners alike. Special rates are available to government employees. The ABA Section of State and Local Government Law is a co-sponsor of this program. Please plan to join us.
