Membership is available to individuals, corporations, law firms, government agencies and other organizations interested in transnational arbitration. ITA Members are entitled to appoint multiple representatives to the Advisory Board, and to the additional benefits described below.
Membership dues begin at $650. That investment is more than compensated by the benefits of ITA membership and supports the activities of one of the world's leading forums on transnational arbitration today. Please join us.
Annual Membership Dues and Benefits:
Associate Membership – $650
(available only to individuals)
- Membership on the Institute Advisory Board, with the following benefits:
- Free attendance at the annual Workshop in Dallas OR the Annual Americas Workshop in Latin America;
- Free attendance at the Advisory Board's annual meeting, reception and dinner on the evening of the Workshop;
- Free attendance at the invitation-only ITA Forum on the morning after the Workshop;

- Free subscription to ITA's quarterly newsletter, News and Notes, with its regularly updated Scoreboard of Adherence to Transnational Arbitration Treaties;

- A 50% tuition discount at the annual IICL two-day June Symposium; and

Sponsoring Membership – $1,000
(available to individuals, corporations, firms, and other organizations)
- One representative on the Institute Advisory Board, who is entitled to all of the benefits of Associate Membership described above;
- One free subscription to World Arbitration and Mediation Review (WAMR) and a 15% discount off the regular price of any Juris Arbitration, Dispute Resolution or International Litigation publication that appears on the Juris website (www.arbitrationlaw.com); and
- Recognition as a Sponsoring Member in ITA and Center publications.
Supporting Membership – $2,500
(available to corporations, firms, and other organizations)
- Three representatives on the Institute Advisory Board, each of whom is entitled to all of the benefits of Associate Membership described above;
- A 20% discount for all other attorneys and employees at all ITA programs;*
- One free subscription to World Arbitration and Mediation Review (WAMR) and a 20% discount off the regular price of any Juris Arbitration, Dispute Resolution or International Litigation publication that appears on the Juris website (www.arbitrationlaw.com); and
- Recognition as a Supporting Member in ITA and Center publications.
Sustaining Membership – $5,000
(available to corporations, firms, and other organizations)
- Six representatives on the Institute Advisory Board, each of whom is entitled to all of the benefits of Associate Membership described above;
- A 20% discount for all other attorneys and employees at all ITA programs;*
- The right to designate an unlimited number of additional representatives to the Advisory Board (add $500 dues for each additional representative);
- Two free subscriptions to World Arbitration and Mediation Review (WAMR) and a 20% discount off the regular price of any Juris Arbitration, Dispute Resolution or International Litigation publication that appears on the Juris website (www.arbitrationlaw.com); and
- Recognition as a Sustaining Member in ITA and Center publications.
Academic / Government / Non-Profit Membership - $395
(available to universities, government agencies, judicial and arbitral institutions, non-profit corporations and individuals employed full-time at such organizations)
- All of the benefits of Sponsoring Membership (for organizations) or Associate Membership (for individuals) described above; and
- Recognition as an Academic/Government/Non-Profit Member in ITA and Center publications.
Arbitral Institution Membership
(available to select Arbitral Institutions with significant international caseloads)
- One representative on the Institute Advisory Board, who is entitled to all of the benefits of Associate Membership described above;
- One free subscription to World Arbitration and Mediation Review (WAMR) and a 15% discount off the regular price of any Juris Arbitration, Dispute Resolution or International Litigation publication that appears on the Juris website (www.arbitration.law.com);
- An opportunity to co-sponsor the annual Americas Workshop in Latin America; and
- Recognition as an Arbitral Institution Member in ITA and Center publications.
