Membership
is available to individuals, corporations, law firms, government
agencies and other organizations interested in transnational
arbitration. Each ITA Member is entitled to appoint one representative
to the Advisory Board, and to the additional benefits described
below.
Membership
dues begin at $650. That investment is more than compensated
by the benefits of ITA membership and supports the activities
of one of the world's leading forums on transnational arbitration
today. Please join us.
Annual
Membership Dues and Benefits:
Associate Membership – $650
(available only to individuals)
- Membership on the Institute Advisory Board, with the following benefits:
- Free attendance at the annual Workshop (non-member price: $495);
- Free attendance at the Advisory Board's annual meeting, reception and dinner on the evening of the Workshop;
- Free attendance at the invitation-only ITA Forum on the morning after the Workshop;
- Member discount at all other ITA programs;
- Free subscription to ITA's quarterly newsletter, News and Notes, with its regularly updated Scoreboard of Adherence to Transnational Arbitration Treaties;
- The opportunity to participate in the committees, leadership and other activities of the Advisory Board;

Sponsoring Membership – $1,000
(available to individuals, corporations, firms, and other organizations)
- One representative on the Institute Advisory Board, who is entitled to all of the benefits of Associate Membership described above;
- One free subscription to World Arbitration and Mediation Review (WAMR) and a 15% discount off the regular price of any Juris Arbitration, Dispute Resolution or International Litigation publication that appears on the Juris website (www.arbitrationlaw.com); and
- Recognition as a Sponsoring Member in ITA and Center publications.
Supporting Membership – $2,500
(available to corporations, firms, and other organizations)
- Three representatives on the Institute Advisory Board, each of whom is entitled to all of the benefits of Associate Membership described above;
- A 20% discount for all other attorneys and employees at all ITA programs;*
- One free subscription to World Arbitration and Mediation Review (WAMR) and a 20% discount off the regular price of any Juris Arbitration, Dispute Resolution or International Litigation publication that appears on the Juris website (www.arbitrationlaw.com); and

Sustaining Membership – $5,000
(available to corporations, firms, and other organizations)

Academic / Government / Non-Profit Membership - $395
(available to universities, government agencies, judicial and arbitral institutions, non-profit corporations and individuals employed full-time at such organizations)

- Recognition as an Academic/Government/Non-Profit Member in ITA and Center publications.
