ILEA University Program Collaborations and Agreements for College Credit

The ILEA has built partnerships with the following universities to gain college credit and program certificates that are valuable in themselves and that also will count toward to further college credentials.

University of Texas at Arlington: In April of 2008, the ILEA and the Department of Criminology and Criminal Justice at the University of Texas at Arlington established a memorandum of understanding that gave rise to the formulation of a collaborative Certificate in Law Enforcement Administration. Under the requirements set for this certificate participants who have completed four courses offered by the ILEA and five more online courses offered by the Department of CRCJ at UTA can obtain this certificate which will count toward a bachelor’s degree in CRCJ at UTA. Further details concerning this program are available by clicking here.

University of North Texas: Upon successful completion of the entire Management College at the ILEA, participants may apply for up to nine graduate credit hours which will constitute a Graduate Certificate in Police Management from UNT. These graduate hours and certificate are regular graduate credit and are applicable to further work in the M.S. program, or are transferrable to any other programs of study at UNT. Further details concerning this program are available by clicking here.
